Rediwall panels are lightweight and can be installed by hand no crane or specialist equipment needed. Follow the simple 7-step process below.
Install the PVC floor track or floor angle first to set the bottom line of the wall. Large holes accommodate starter bars and fix panels precisely to the foundation or slab.
Start at a corner — install a corner panel with standard panels and joiners, then brace and check for plumb. PVC modules form the concrete formwork and locate reinforcement to achieve correct cover.
Proceed along the wall by sliding (256mm–300mm) or snapping (110mm–200mm) adjacent panels together. Place panels tight into the floor track and brace throughout.
Core-fill with concrete using a boom pump per AFS’ recommended mix design specification. Once cured, walls are ready for the next floor slab or roof assembly.
The semi-gloss PVC surface requires no further treatment for carpark and internal applications. Paint, render or board the panels for your preferred final finish.
